Shipping was fast, I think the parts showed up in like two days or so. No complaints there

I was a little nervous going into the install because I figured something wouldn’t line up or I’d run into a headache, but it actually went really smoothly. The parts fit well, everything went together without much fuss, and it took less time than I had planned for. felt relieved once it was done.

I used a discount code on urotuning.com and it worked right away at checkout. No weird error messages or anything like that, the price updated super fast. My order went through fine too, so I was happyyy since some sites make promo codes such a pain.

I liked having a few payment options to choose from because it made checking out quick and less of a hassle. It was nice to pick the method that worked best for me. The only thing I’d improve is making the fees more obvious upfront so there are no surprises

I’ve found a few good deals here and there, so it’s not bad exactly, but then the shipping gets added and it’s like... eh. Sometimes it still feels worth it, sometimes not so much. Just depends on what you’re buying, I guess.

The box looked beat up when it arrived, and there wasn’t much padding inside, so one of the items had a few small marks on it. Nothing was actually broken and the parts worked fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just felt like there could’ve been a little more protection for shipping.

i mean, the site was easy to use overall. The parts filters actually helped me narrow things down fast, but checking out on my phone felt a little clunky

I ordered some parts from UroTuning to Europe, and to be fair, the items themselves were fine and packed decently. The frustrating part was the shipping. It took longer than I was expecting, especially since the delivery timing made it sound like it would be quicker. Tracking also wasn’t very clear, so I kept having to guess where the package actually was. I also ended up paying extra customs, which I know is normal, but it still added to the annoyance. Overall, not a terrible order, but the shipping felt slow and not quite what was promised.

I ordered a part that was listed as available, but then I was told it was actually backordered. I literally waited around for nothing and ended up having to cancel the order. Annoying, honestly.

Ordered a couple parts for my VW and they fit just like they were supposed to. No guessing, no weird fitment issues or anything annoying, they just bolted right on. Happy with how it all worked out, definetly made things easier.

I checked out what they had for my car, and while there were a few things available, the brand selection felt really limited. I was expecting more choices, and it was disappointing enough that I’d at least expect an apology for the lack of options

I ended up having to return a part to UroTuning because I ordered the wrong one. That was on me, but their support team got back to me quickly with the return instructions and made it easy to figure out what to send back.

I’m a little fuzzy on the exact timing because I think I shipped it out near the end of the week, or maybe right before the weekend, but either way it didn’t feel like I was waiting around forever. Once they received it, the refund came through without any weird back-and-forth.

Overall it was a smooth experience for something that could’ve been annoying. I’d definitely be more careful ordering next time, but the return process itself was simple.
